J&J has long made the needs of the medical community a focal point in the work we do, and through our continued partnership with TrueCare (formerly known as North County Health Services) we get the opportunity to serve the communities we live in. This two-phased project on the occupied and operational Mission Mesa Campus in Oceanside was a unique project because it incorporated both a themed pediatric clinic as well as a women’s center. Phase one included the demolition of the previous building and construction of a new 12,698 sf Pediatric Medical Clinic built to OSHPD 3 standards with a pirate ship theme. Phase 2 entailed an approximately 10,000 sf renovation and repurposing of buildings A, B, and C. Buildings were completely gutted and remodeled to OSHPD 3 requirements as well as new clinic standards. We look forward to the continued partnership with Truecare and the incredible work they do every day.
