Two story, OSHPD 3 medical office build-out for the San Diego Health & Human Services Agency. Interior scope included construction of an expansive check in area designed for high-volume traffic and high-security requirements, numerous health examination rooms, specialty tuberculosis contamination control rooms, and the accommodation of multiple office and exams spaces for efficient utilization by a variety of county social welfare departments. The shell building also required extensive structural retrofitting to accommodate a new roof top VAV system as well as exterior reimaging.
