Office and Lab Facility

The UCSD Health project was a two-floor, new office tenant improvement constructed for one of San Diego’s largest health care providers. The project included construction of large open office areas, a tissue bank, multiple conference rooms, huddle spaces, an employee lounge and private offices. This desirable location features an open ceiling design, excellent utilization of natural light, a bright color pallet, and high-end finishes.
