Harbor Point
Johnson & Jennings worked closely with the owner and developer of Harbor Point to bring new life to this tired parcel in Point Loma on the corner of N. Harbor & Scott St. This ground up, multi-use project is a testament to sustainable building practices as well as a homage to Point Loma history and community. Located in the desirable area of San Diego’s Bayfront Point Loma community, the two-story complex encompasses three retail and nine office suites ranging from 500 to 3,000 square feet. J&J was excited to take on a host of construction challenges for this high-profile project, including a large underground parking garage.
J&J also helped the complex achieve the coveted LEED Gold Certification for Core & Shell by the U.S. Green Building Council, as well as participation in SDG&E’s “Savings by Design” program – resulting in the building being 30 percent more efficient than California’s Title 24 requirements.
