Union Bank Orange

Giving a local high traffic Union Bank facility an updated new look while maintaining its connection to the historical and architectural flavor of the City of Orange was important to the community.

This 11,300 sf building refit incorporated the construction of an administrative training center and a retail branch. Due to FDIC regulations, this branch was required to remain fully operational and secured throughout this three phased build-out. To accommodate this, a temporary branch was assembled within the confines of the first-floor space, while surrounded by construction of the new facilities. At the completion of the new branch, a well-orchestrated transition occurred while the tenant took occupancy of the retail facility. The temporary space was deconstructed and built out as a training room over one weekend, making the final physical separation complete between branch operations and the administrative training area.
