Brooks Brothers

Founded in 1818, Brooks Brothers is the country’s oldest men’s clothier. After many years located on La Jolla’s Wall Street, this privately-owned company chose to relocate to a smaller location on Girard Ave in La Jolla’s downtown hub, as the location of their new signature store.

The project entailed converting a former drug store – originally built in 1931 – into a beautiful modern retail space. The new design incorporated high-end finishes throughout. Extensive millwork included the installation of custom cabinetry, crown molding and custom wood baseboard. Additional scope of work included an extensive electrical package incorporating over 200 LED down lights installed into a newly framed hard-lid ceiling, as well as significant mechanical upgrades.
