Our project managers estimate their own work, which translates to a seamless process – from estimating to the delivery of the close-out package. Once construction kicks-off, management of the project includes onsite supervision, weekly construction meetings, scheduling, cost control, accounting and anything else that meets the client’s specifications for a successful quality-built environment.
