Utilizing our expansive law firm tenant improvement expertise, J&J has worked with Sheppard Mullin for the past 15 years to ensure their offices continue to serve their business needs. Starting with the original build-out in 2006, J&J completed two floors of high-end offices at the premier Paseo Del Mar complex. Subsequent projects in 2015 and 2018 included substantial updating and repurposing of existing space. The most recent work with Sheppard Mullin, which completed in 2021, was a 6,000 sf expansion onto the first floor. Scope included new entry storefront and construction of two conference rooms with glass walls, 13 individual offices, and an employee break room.
