The goal of the Lilac Rialto project was to repurpose this vacant industrial property for uses of distribution or manufacturing. J&J’s scope included a 47,000 sf parking lot expansion with LED exterior lighting to accommodate safe and secure truck storage. Further, upgrades to the existing 167,000 sf warehouse included repairs to and construction of new loading docks and doors, new warehouse lighting, removal of existing mezzanine to allow for more high-bay racking systems and upgrading the finishes in existing restrooms.
