This project entailed the renovation of an occupied preschool that included both interior upgrades and an exterior scope of work. The interior portion included upgrading three classrooms with new finishes as well as construction of two new restrooms complete with kid sized fixtures. The exterior portion entailed repair work to the stucco and paint, resurfacing of the parking lot, installation of security fencing and gates, and replacement of the existing playground with more natural equipment and organic landscaping.
