Located in a Class A downtown San Diego high rise, this full floor shell build-out was completed for the certified public accounting group LevitZacks. Improvements for the longtime business included construction of window line private offices, two conference rooms, interior workstations and a copy/mailroom with employee kitchen and lounge. Rounding out the extensive work was a refresh of the 5th floor lobby and restrooms.
Custom work completed on the project included extensive use of glass partitions on all front walls of individual offices and open ceiling conference rooms, custom millwork showcased in a new reception desk, large break room with multiple amenities, custom workstations and state-of-the-art copy/mail room.
