Kevin Alexen has served as a project manager with J&J since 2006 and brings over 20 years of industry experience to the team. His responsibilities include planning and advising clients, tenants, architects and subcontractors, ensuring that the project schedule and budget commitments are achieved – guaranteeing a successful project.

During his tenure at J&J, Kevin has established some of our most successful client partnerships. With his track record of maintaining strong and enduring client relationships built on trust, he has crafted specialization in occupied and phased tenant improvements, SCIF and secured facilities, medical office and OSHPD clinic renovations.

Kevin’s field experience brings a unique perspective to the management team, as he worked his way to his current role of Senior Project Manager from a starting position as a field laborer. Throughout his career, Kevin has participated in almost every aspect of the construction world – leading teams with understanding built through knowledge.
