With over three decades of extensive industry experience, Keith currently serves as Managing Director of Preconstruction Services. Since joining our J&J team in 2014, Keith has demonstrated an exceptional ability to help owners, developers and tenants fulfill their project visions. Over Keith’s tenure in the construction industry, he has developed exceptional skills in value engineering, conceptual budgeting, and CPM scheduling – allowing him to bring tremendous benefit to the preconstruction effort.

With Keith’s extensive background comes a breadth of knowledge and experience that spans a variety of industry sectors and construction types. These include ground-up construction, exterior renovations, and tenant improvements within the corporate, hospitality, medical, and retail markets.

One particularly memorable project for Keith was his work on the Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA) at San Diego’s famed Balboa Park. Setting it apart from other projects, during construction MOPA was still able to host two separate weddings, giving J&J the opportunity to practice complete clean space practices and discretion.
