Lab and Office Facility
Repurposing an existing facility into an updated and functionally efficient lab and workspace for Zimmer Biomet – a manufacturer of dental implants – impacted every facet of this space. J&J’s scope of work included constructing a working lab for dental surgery training, a lecture hall with integrated multimedia functions, administrative and support offices, an employee break room, a large kitchen, a new restroom and shower facilities.
The project also included the addition of an exterior deck with required foundation modification, a new ADA compliant ramp, landscape upgrades, and replacement of entry storefront doors.
