Putting our extensive tenant improvement expertise to work, J&J undertook the build-out of two floors of office space for a long-established San Diego law firm, Shepard Mullin. This comprehensive project included the construction of new attorney offices, paralegal and secretarial stations, state of the art conference rooms, break and lounge rooms, as well as a reception area with all high-end finishes.
The smartly appointed offices included a multitude of high-end design features such as figured anigre and cherry wood millwork, stone flooring and slab counter tops, radius drywall partitions and ceiling elements, French doors with sidelights, custom backlit light fixtures, cathode lighting and 18 different accent paint colors.
