Jim Lohnes has been on the J&J team for over 35 years and since the beginning has played a vital role in the evolution and growth of the company. As a Project Manager, Jim is committed to each aspect of the construction process from inception to completion, working hand in hand with team partners, bringing the project and the client’s vision to successful completion each and every time.
Jim specializes in high-rise office complexes and specialty tenant improvement projects. One of his biggest work successes was the California State Attorney General’s office – a tenant improvement project which entailed complete demolition and phased construction, with common area renovations spanning five floors, including restrooms. Additionally, Jim has been working with the valued team at Hazard Center in Mission Valley on its tenant buildouts and common area upgrades for over 19 years, making it one of J&J’s longest and most rewarding relationships.
