Background:
A knowledgeable and versatile construction executive, Ryan serves as our Director of Construction Services for the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Inland Empire regions. His responsibilities encompass both preconstruction and construction services and includes competitive and negotiated bidding, buyouts, product and market research, estimating, and constructability reviews.
With over two decades of construction industry experience, Ryan began his career as a sheet metal apprentice before moving into the general contractor world. After success as a project superintendent, Ryan transitioned into the office as an estimator, later project manager and eventually Director of Construction Services. With a strong field background, Ryan brings a unique and robust understanding of field operations to his position, ensuring a cohesive project plan that considers both field and office dynamics.
Ryan’s impressive industry experience includes a significant resume in commercial tenant improvements with an additional specialty in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Ryan has become our go-to manager for amusement parks and special projects.

Tealium has a special place in Ryan’s heart, as it was his first project with J&J. He was particularly proud of the finished product, and how all the many elements came together as it spoke highly of Tealium’s interactive and fun culture.
