Incorporating ground-up construction, exterior and interior upgrades, and extensive renovations, J&J brought a local health services campus to life. A colorful nautically themed ground-up pediatric facility and a comprehensive renovation of the women’s clinic were central to the completed design.

The scope of this project included demolition, asbestos removal, and utility upgrades throughout and custom design-builds with OSHPD 3 standards compliance. Additional improvements entailed working in conjunction with the city, including ADA access and utility realignments.
