Gil Lechuga is a Senior Project Manager at Johnson & Jennings, bringing over 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. With a hands-on approach, Gil is integral to projects from inception through completion, handling both pre-construction and construction phases. His expertise spans design development, estimating, scheduling, and full project management oversight, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations.

Gil’s journey in construction began in the early 1980s working in the carpentry and electrical trades for residential housing in Huntington Beach, allowing him to balance work with his passion for surfing. Throughout his career, he has broadened his expertise by working on diverse commercial projects throughout California, Texas, and Nevada, while developing his leadership and management skills across various sectors, including tenant improvements, ground-up construction, retail, office, education, financial institutions, entertainment, automotive, technology, and food service.

Outside of work, Gil enjoys family time, surfing, hiking, and exploring new cuisines as an avid foodie.
