Hazard Center Lobby & Restroom Renovations
Johnson & Jennings has been working in the highly sought-after office tower for over 15 years. This project brought a new sleek contemporary look to Hazard Center’s common areas and building amenities. Adjoining the Hazard Center shopping, this complex is situated in the heart of San Diego’s Mission Valley and provides space for a multitude of business entities and opportunities.
Our scope of work included extensive high-end lobby updates and finishes on the plaza and ground floor levels, new fitness facilities and elevator lobby upgrades on multiple floors, all with aesthetic finishes including marble slabs, stone flooring and walnut wood paneling.
