A construction industry professional for over 30 years, Dan has been at J&J since 2014 and since then has added tremendous value and insight to our team. Dan manages and coordinates different projects, creating and maintaining schedules and budgets and ensuring the accuracy of the project design and quality. Dan excels at fast paced office and retail tenant improvements, including the redesign of countless banks, secured facilities and medical offices.

Dan brings a solution-oriented mindset to each of his projects and has the unique ability to build and empower a team to be successful. This special talent has given Dan an opportunity to work on a variety of interesting accounts over the years including a two-year contract working with Union Bank to upgrade 25 of its retail locations and multiple office locations throughout California and Washington. In addition, Dan holds a B.S. in Construction Management and Architectural Design

He has a passion for mentoring and enjoys working closely with the future leaders in the building industry. Additionally, Dan has spent 17 years as a youth sports coach, more than 20 years as a basketball official and served for 25 years as a Scout Master for Boy Scouts of America.

Dan was especially proud of this project as it included a robust fund-raising element. J&J was an active partner in soliciting in-kind material donations, labor discounts and cash contributions. which successfully totaled over $250,000. Further, J&J was able to give back in a unique and very rewarding way by employing one of the Interfaith sheltered veterans to work on the project, allowing him to get back on his feet. This brought special meaning to the project as we were able to see firsthand the impact one can make in someone’s life by giving back through community outreach and the importance of the work that Interfaith is doing.
