Milka Maslovaric is a talented and dedicated Project Manager and Design- Build Coordinator who brings over 13 years of construction and architectural experience to the J&J team. In her current role, one of Milka’s primary focuses is on design management and preconstruction services. This includes scope definition, bidding, scheduling, coordinating with design partners, material procurement, constructability analysis and value engineering. She is also responsible for coordination between the field and office teams, cost management and schedule development implementation.

Prior to joining J&J, Milka worked as an architect, bringing valuable experience to the commercial office, residential and hospitality sectors. She is organized, analytical, solution-oriented and passionate in her pursuit of growth and knowledge.

The Union Bank retail and admin offices in the City of Orange was a very challenging but rewarding project. It was imperative to keep the branch fully operational, secured, clean and presentable while completely rebuilding 11,300 square feet of the existing space, creating two new suites in lieu of the existing one– with very tight deadlines. The scope of work included the renovation of teaching labs, retail facility, teller ATMs and office space.
