Keith has served as a project manager with our J&J team since 2011. In this role, Keith is involved from start to finish on each project, with responsibilities for both preconstruction and construction services including estimating, scheduling and design development.

Keith has extensive experience with tenant improvements and has a strong resume working in occupied buildings and spaces. In addition to his extensive commercial office experience, he has developed a cadre of clients in the defense and government contracting realm as well as boutique retail. Keith excels at design and planning issues – as well as at developing long lasting relationships with clients and vendors through a commitment to our time-tested processes.

Raytheon Technologies

Raytheon Logo

One of Keith’s most notable work successes for the J&J team has been his ongoing work with Raytheon Company, one of the top defense contractors in North America. Keith and his team reconfigured a 190,000 square foot occupied secured facility into workable office environments for employees. This complex project, due to its multiple phasing, required strategic interface with Raytheon personnel. This project was completed ahead of schedule, to the delight of our client.
