Background:

Jason Harris is a Project Manager at Johnson & Jennings who brings more than 19 years of experience in the commercial construction industry to the project team. As a Project Manager, Jason is involved with the firm’s construction projects from start to finish. His responsibilities encompass both pre-construction and construction services, including design development, estimating, and scheduling as well as comprehensive project management.

Jason started his career in estimating and project management managing commercial and residential capital improvement projects. He was integral in developing subcontractor base and trade-flow for construction projects in both new and occupied sites. He is a specialist in construction budget analysis, contract negotiations, client relationships and account management. Jason is also an expert in Lean construction practices and is a LEED, Green Associate.
