Background:
As a project manager, Alexandra (Alex) serves a key role in the management of her projects with an emphasis on planning and consulting during the preconstruction phase with construction managers, clients, tenants, designers and subcontractors alike. Her responsibilities include financial management and reporting, projects scheduling, vendor coordination and working with designers for the best possible solutions for our project partners.
Prior to joining J&J, Alex worked as a property manager for eight years – managing office and industrial assets for a diversity of clients. During that time, she worked on lease negotiations, construction management of tenant improvement projects, budgeting and financial reporting and occupancy planning.
With this experience Alex brings many strengths to the J&J team. Among them the ability to synthesize information from various sources to determine the best client solutions – aiding in client base retention. A problem solver and strategic thinker, Alex serves as a trusted advisor for our clients.
Notable Project
UBER

“As one of my first projects with J&J, it was an unforgettable experience working with a household name like Uber. I enjoyed creating a modern and collaborative office for them. The transformation of the space was remarkable.”
